Plenty of flowers are planted in small gardens. Some houses like orange, kumquat and lemon fruit trees, others have neatly pruned pines and wisteria, and others are bowers of free wildflowers. If only there were a kobbit peeping through the grass..., or a generous wind carrying flower seeds (although I think it is mostly planted by the homeowner), or the sun talking to the soft soil. Maybe people fantasise when they get time. I made the fabric as it is with a very pleasant feeling, like imagining the inside of the soil from an ant's nest. To my neighbours, thank you! When I think that everyone probably spends their days looking at the garden from inside their house, I feel that the garden has many stories to tell. This is such a 'little garden'.
